Make an order: View merchandise photos and mark their   

        codes. Place an order by e-mail. Please specify 

        the codes and quantities clearly in your e-mail.

Encode: Merchandise Code=Character+(Size)+Category+Motif+Background Colour

        e.g.: EHS(40)-UQ-F-white & EVN(XL)-LQ-D-red

Payment: Deposit cash to a bank account or transfer money

        according to instructions and notify the shopkeeper

        by e-mail or call (852)24795720 to contact our  

        shop manager, Mr. Wong, to arrange for delivery 

        of the goods.                                   

Delivery: Customer will be informed a password by e-mail.

        Providing with a bank paid slip and the password,

        the customer or a proxy will receive the goods

        from our sender at engaged time within ten days

        at exit gate E inside Mong Kok MTR station. An

        official receipt is available on request in advance.

Restrictions: If delivery is unsuccessful, customer's   

        bank paid slip will be abandoned after the 10th 

        day. It starts counting from the date and time  

        of the password e-mail sent by Tina Qipao Shop. 

        All bank payments will not be refunded and the  

        money cannot be used to buy another merchandise.
